The Oregonian writes about Portland, Oregon food cart purveyor, The Fried Onion. The owners - John and Marcy McGrath - use an Evo Professional Tabletop grill.
"Grocery store vet John McGrath, and his wife, Marcy, sling some serious dog at their little tent, The Fried Onion. Bratwurst and sausage are from Beaverton favorite son Fetzer, while Red Hot Chicago and Polish dogs are shipped from the Windy City. All are served on sturdy Portland French Bakery french rolls. Naturally, you want to add fried onions -- grilled to order on the McGraths' flat-top Evo grill. Add a liberal squirt of Fetzer's special sweet-hot-tangy mustard or one of several Beaver brand varieties. Nothing tops $5.50. (Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; 503-961-2534, thefriedonion.com"
