Foodservice and Hospitality Magazine, Canada's hospitality business magazine, published an article titled "The Great Outdoors" focusing on how foodservice operators recreate the sights, sounds and aromas of the backyard barbeque. A picture of three chefs cooking on three Evo Professional Commercial Wheeled Carts - taken at the Phoenician in Scottsdale - appears on the front page of the article.
