Int'l Caterers Assoc, CommuniCater Newsletter - 2008

The ICA CommuniCater newsletter ran a story about Evo in use at The French Gourmet, a San Diego-based caterer. The story contains two pictures of chefs cooking on Evo - one searing fois gras and making sauces, the other cooking veggie and chicken skewers.
