Evo's Executive Chef, Adam Zwerling recently performed a cooking demonstration for Menlo Park, California-based Sunset Magazine. The demo took place on the back patio of the Sunset home for editors, writers and other staff. Chef Adam cooked a variety of fare including chicken, steak, fish, potatoes, vegetables and a fruit flambé dessert, showing a number of cooking techniques.
Sunset was the first major magazine to zone editorial content to reflect regional differences in climate and travel opportunities and the first to include nutritional data. The magazine reflects the development and sophistication of America’s frontier; the tastes, the trends; and the lifestyle innovations. Sunset's circulation stands at nearly 1.5 million.
