Chef Adam made Banh Mi Vietnamese–style baguette sandwiches today! First he grilled the beef and salmon on the Evo Circular Cooktop. Then we built our Banh Mi sandwich using fresh cilantro, julienne carrots, julienne cucumbers, sliced jalapeños and Adam’s Sweet Chili Sauce(recipe below).
Ingredients for Adam’s Sweet Chili Sauce:
6 Tbs sweet chili sauce
2 Tbs fish sauce
1 Tbs rice wine vinegar
Juice of ½ lime
