Cooking For Profit magazine featured Evo in a story about "Ethnic Menu Magic." The special section called out "exotic gas cooking equipment [that] delivers unique menu solutions."

The article reports "if you like the idea of display grilling in the round but don't have room for a six-foot Mongolian Grill, Evo has introduced a line of lightweight round display grills that are mounted in attractive stainless steel cook centers. They are designed specifically for display cooking and can be used to prepare burgers, grill pancakes or do a stir-fry."

The article featured a picture of the Affinity 30Ge Refrigerated Service Table.

Foodservice Equipment & Supplies - January 2008

FE&S magazine's January 2008 issue features the Evo Refrigerated Service Table in their "Product Showcase" section (pictured upper left corner below). The description indicates the RST is "suitable for use in cafeterias or exhibition kitchens" and comes with "dishwasher safe sliding drawers with removable plastic bins."

Everyday Dish - January 2008

Evo was recently featured in a cooking video from www.everydaydish.tv a cooking show/website inspired by great tasting, healthy food all created from plant based ingredients. The regular show feature recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, kid-friendly food, appetizers and fabulous desserts. Chefs demonstrate simple techniques for preparing meals with whole grains, beans, fresh fruit and vegetables, along with tofu, tempeh, seitan and to die for desserts.

This segment featured Grilled Veggies With Balsamic Viniagrette cooked on Evo.

Cooking For Profit magazine - December 2007

The December issue of Cooking For Profit magazine features an article about trends and equipment coming out of the NAFEM (North American Food Equipment Manufacturers) show. As part of their Solution Series, the article is titled "New & Improved Equipment & Technologies Offer Fresh Solutions for Foodservice Operators."

The article shows a picture of the Evo Affinity 30Ge Refrigerated Service Table and describes how Evo's NAFEM show display included "an innovative round presentation cooking grill with integrated service cart or refrigerated service table." Further, it indicates that Evo's "crowd pleasing" 30 inch diameter seasoned steel cook surface can be used for presentation grilling, braising or sauteing and can be fueled by natural gas or propane.
