The grill was part of their outdoor living section focusing on "the latest crop of great-looking--and performing--grills." The article praises Evo for its edge-to-edge cooking, versatility and ease-of-use.

Retail Observer - August 2007

The August 2007 edition of Retail Observer, a trade magazine for kitchen and bath designers, featured Evo in a cover story, highlighting its social benefits. The article discusses Evo's revolutionary design and wide-reaching acceptance by commercial foodservice and has a number of pictures of Evo installations.
