The piece highlights the flattop's ability to better serve the dining guest by allowing them to "pick the ingredients" satisfying their taste preference and portion control desires.

Food and Wine magazine named Evo a "best grill for parties," describing Evo as a plancha-style grill. The article goes on to say "Evo grills can cook food laid directly on the surface, like a gridldle or a Spanish plancha, or in pots and pans. Evo has also just introduced a built-in version for indoor kitchens."
