Evo Cooks at the Houston Airport


Real Foods restaurant at the Houston Airport recently unveiled their new concept restaurant that features 5 Evo Affinity 25E Cooking Stations.

The open restaurant concept which is located in terminal C south has 11 serving stations and offers everything from a well seasoned steak, to jambalaya with jumbo shrimp, Chinese chicken salad and delicate pastries.

The concept and eclectic décor are a first of its kind in the nation.

“We operate two restaurants in Europe, “says Roger Schwandtner, V.P. Business Development of SSP America. “We are setting a new standard with this type of restaurant in order to offer a variety of quality food at great prices for passengers.”

Gustavo Dudamel / Los Angeles Philharmonic Event - October 2009


Patina Restaurant Group recently hosted an event for the Inaugural Concert: Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the LA Music Center. The menu was cooked on Evo Professional Commercial Wheeled Carts and featured:
  • LA Street Dogs - Bacon‐wrapped all beef hot dogs served with caramelized onions, grilled jalapeños, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise (also available without bacon)
  • Fiesta Burgers - With grilled sweet corn relish, caramelized onions, white Cheddar and fire‐roasted red peppers
  • Pabellon Criollo -Venezuelan shredded beef with rice, black beans and roasted plantains
  • Beef Empanada Bites - Five shredded beef empanadas with roasted tomato salsa
