Louisville Magazine - June 2008

Louisville Magazine featured the Evo Companion Cart in it's annual home and garden issue. The magazine is a lifestyle and general-interest monthly magazine for residents of metropolitan Louisville. The magazine has won hundreds of awards for writing, photography and design from the Society of Professional Journalists and is widely recognized as the city’s best and most influential magazine.

The article notes that with the Companion Cart, you flip three latches and the cart becomes a tabletop for your next tailgating event.

Kansas City Bullsheet - June 2008

The Kansas City Bullsheet, a monthly publication of the Kansas City Barbeque Society, featured several pictures of Evo in their June 2008 edition, along with the article "Portland Kirk Class Return Features Kobe Burgers and Foie Gras." The pictures show BBQ team Steve Johnson, Dave Goodman, Doug Miner and Adam "Huey" Cox cooking bacon, Kobe beef burgers, chopped mushrooms and onions and Foie Gras at a Paul Kirk pitmaster class held on April 6th.

CNET Blog - June 2008

CNET's Appliances and Kitchen Gadgets blog featured an article about Evo titled "Camping, grilling in style." The author, Brian Krepshaw, notes that Evo solves the problem of food falling through the grates of a traditional open-flame grill.
